Due to Covid changing the operations and opening dates of our pool, we have had to delay the opening of the pool until now.
If you have any questions regarding the pool and getting access, please refer to the "Pin Oak Village Pool Open-June 16th" message in the Message Boards.
A-Beautiful Pools, Inc and your community have worked diligently to adhere to CDC and Local/State Government to open your pools in such a way that mitigates risk for contracting COVID-19. **Please note that it is impossible to remove all risk and residents assume risk when attending the community facilities.
Pool Tags have not been issued this year.
Admission to the pool will be controlled by pool management personnel and it will be OPEN to members only. NO GUESTS.
If your address or ID do not match or cannot be verified, residents and/or others may be asked to leave the facilities.

Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for the required cleaning. If the pool is open on a Monday due to a holiday, it will be closed on Tuesday to perform the necessary cleaning.
The pool schedule is directly related to the Katy ISD schedule.

Pin Oak Village Pool Rules

The pool facilities are for the exclusive use of Pin Oak Village residents. Residents must be up to date on all HOA fees and dues, sign/agree to all use/waiver documentation, and obey all the safety directives of the lifeguards to enter and use the pool facilities.
The pool facilities may only be used when lifeguards are present.
No children under 12 allowed by themselves, as you must have a state ID to come in
Only children 5 years of age or younger are permitted in the wader pool and must be closely supervised by an adult.
Only proper swim attire is permitted in the pool. No cutoffs are permitted.
The use of pool toys, floats, balls, etc., is at the discretion of the lifeguard on duty.
NO running, rough play, fighting, or other disruptive or illegal conduct is permitted.
NO loud, vulgar, or explicit music or video is permitted in or around the pool facilities including the parking lot.
NO pets, excluding service animals, are permitted. Service animals must be clearly designated.
NO glass containers permitted in the pool or pool area.
NO diving in the shallow end of the pool. Only one person is permitted on a diving board at a time and all divers must dive straight out and not to the side of the diving board. No swimming is permitted in designated diving areas except when diving boards are closed.
NO smoking, vaping, or use of any other tobacco products within the fenced pool facilities.
NO excessive consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicant is permitted. Residents or guests suspected of being intoxicated by any means will be ejected and may have pool privileges suspended or revoked. Police may be summoned if circumstances warrant.
The lifeguards have full authority to enforce all rules and may impose additional rules or restrictions when necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests, and/or protect the pool facilities.
If you are refused entry to the pool or removed from the pool by a lifeguard and/or staff, then you are expected
to leave immediately. If you do not, you will be considered criminally trespassing. The police will be notified, and you will be prosecuted
Anyone renting the clubhouse or pool facilities will indemnify and hold the association, its members, contractors, and employees harmless from all claims or losses (including, but not limited to attorney's fees, expenses of litigation or settlements) arising out of the rental or use.
